Welcome to our web site!

On this page you can learn about the career opportunity of being a Certified Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists. Since 1991 this course has only been available in the United States, but in 2004 Dr Shaun Brookhouse was authorised by the NGH to run this programme in London for those who did not want to travel to the US or for those in the US who wanted to have an Edu-Vacation in London, England

You can now enjoy mixing this career-building education with tax deductible, enriching travel. As a backdrop for your Certified Instructor Course, the city of London is unbeatable for fashion, history and vibe. For good reason, London is considered one of the most exciting cities in the world, full of things to see and do, with world-famous sights, restaurants, superb shopping and a range of excellent entertainment and nightlife second to none. From the great river Thames, the history of London unravels before you. Old and new stand side by side. History, pageantry and tradition mix with the modern, eccentric and avant-garde, offering something for everyone. London’s history goes back to a Roman settlement. Rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1666, London expanded rapidly, swallowing up the villages that surrounded it. Today, London is a financial and cultural center. You will be able to enjoy London and its historic sights during an occasional break from your course. (Accommodations available to suit most budgets.)

And remember that along with the NGH Certified Instructor recognition, you will also earn the UK Diploma in Hypnosis Instruction, recognized throughout the world as a benchmark for excellence in training courses.

Back in the 1950's there were great hopes for Esperanto as a means of increasing international communication between various nations. Maybe they should have tried trance instead if the 2004 NGH Train The Trainers Course in London is anything to go by. What an experience! Chinese, Taiwanese, Germans, Italians, Americans not to mention the proverbial Englishman, Scotsman and Irishman. A real eclectic mix if ever there was. We had a ball and a real entente cordiale was quickly established and remained throughout an intensive but fun week. The sight of an Italian demonstrating a brilliant silent induction on a German colleague was a stunning example of how trance is really a truly international communication (who needs words?). Contacts were made, information exchanged and international friendships welded. And the real winner?  The art of Hypnotism - a truly international currency. Well done Shaun and Fiona, a magical course and a magical week.

If I had to sum the Train The Trainer Course up in a few simple words - I would say "Wow! What a blast!" I took the TTT in order to become a Certified Instructor for the NGH and left also being a better therapist with added knowledge and stronger bonds to NGH, the world’s largest hypnosis association. Dr. Brookhouse gave a brilliant performance throughout the entire nine days, not only teaching us all the relevant material but also motivating and inspiring us in a way that left the entire group exhilarated. It was a perfect experience I can whole-heartedly recommend to anyone seeking to improve his/her therapeutical skills, teaching skills and income.

I found the TTT2004 to be a most interesting and informative course. I would say that the course helped build my confidence and improve my presentation skills. It was a very exhausting, but rewarding experience. I have also made good use of the recordings that we were given at the end and find them invaluable. I like to review them and often hear little bits of information that I missed at the time.

"Thanks to some important factors, in my opinion it will be extremely difficult to beat the London TTT course taught by Shaun Brookhouse. I'm not talking about the value of the course and of the teacher, because that value is already known by all of us. But you cannot know that at the opening of the course Shaun asked: "what would you like to get from this course?". I asked for a not so common characteristic: the opportunity to learn while enjoying the learning. Well, I got it. Notice that it is not easy to set up this type of environment, which intensifies tremendously the learning process. This explains why we have been able to learn a lot in a very short time. We digested not only the TTT material in two manuals, but also Brookhouse material in a third manual. Moreover, Shaun has been very careful about setting many micro-breaks during every lesson, and this made us able to keep our concentration very high. These things goes beyond the mere material and contents, and make a really great difference in the outcome. Artistry will stay forever above the technique."
